What does MoraDirect produce?
A demand letter for one or more overdue invoices, with the statutory default interest and the fixed recovery fee computed per invoice and a clear total. You download it as a PDF.
Who is this for?
Businesses chasing overdue invoices from other businesses (B2B) or from public bodies (B2G) in the eurozone. The statutory interest and fixed fee do not apply where the debtor is a consumer.
How is the interest calculated?
Simple interest on the outstanding principal, from the day after the due date to the calculation date, at the reference rate plus a margin. The figures are EU-harmonised minimums as transposed into the applicable national law. You can adjust the reference rate, the margin, and the fixed fee before you download.
Is this legal advice?
No. MoraDirect is a calculation and formatting tool. The document is not legal advice and does not establish any obligation of the debtor.
Do I need an account?
No. There is no sign-up and no subscription. You enter your figures, review the totals, pay once, and download the PDF.
What do you store?
Nothing at rest. Your entries stay in your browser while you work; they are sent to our server only to render the PDF and are not kept afterwards. Payment is handled by Creem — your payment details do not reach us.
Which languages are supported?
The demand letter can be produced in 15 EU languages. You choose the language in the wizard before you download.
Why does the European Payment Order look so different from the other documents?
The European Payment Order is the EU's official Form A. Unlike the demand letter and the reminder — which we design — we must fill in the official form exactly as it is published and may not change its layout. We place your details in the correct fields and leave the rest of the form untouched.
